Child Safety Standards Policy

Amoris — Match & Date ("the App", "the Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Knopper (knopper.ro), enforces an unequivocal, zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This document details our published standards, strict 18+ age enforcement, automated and human moderation safeguards, user reporting mechanisms, and cooperation with regional, national, and international child protection law enforcement authorities.

🚫 Absolute Zero-Tolerance for CSAM & CSAE

Amoris strictly prohibits the creation, possession, transmission, solicitation, promotion, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) in any form. Any account attempting to engage in or distribute such material will be immediately banned, preserved for evidence, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities.

🚨 How to Report Child Safety Concerns

We provide immediate, easy-to-use reporting channels both inside the app and via direct email:

  1. In-App Reporting:
    • Open the suspect profile or match chat → tap the Options / Report (⋮) icon.
    • Select Report Child Safety / Inappropriate Content → tap Submit.
    • The reported user is immediately blocked from contacting you, and the report is escalated with high priority to our moderation team.
  2. Direct Safety Contact (Email):
    • Send an urgent report directly to our designated Child Safety Officer at: [email protected]
    • Include relevant details (username, profile link, screenshots).
