Fastest way: delete it in the app
Open Amoris and sign in.
Go to Settings → My Account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your profile disappears immediately and you are signed out on every device.
What is deleted, and when
Your account is kept for 30 days so you can change your mind. During that time your profile is hidden from everyone and cannot be used. Sign in again within that period and we will offer to restore it.
After 30 days the following is permanently deleted:
Your account: email address, phone number, password, date of birth, gender
Your profile: display name, bio, city, height, interests, location
All photos, including any imported from Instagram or Facebook
All matches, swipes and chat messages
Linked Instagram and Facebook connections
Your matchmaking rating and its history
Notification tokens for your devices
What we keep, and for how long. Security and abuse-prevention records — sign-in attempts and server logs containing an IP address and device model — are retained for up to 12 months, and any records we are legally required to keep (for example purchase receipts, for tax purposes) for as long as the law requires. These are not linked to a usable account once deletion completes.
Cannot get into the app?
Submit a request below and we will delete the account for you. Because we cannot verify ownership of an email address from this page alone, requests are processed manually and we may email you to confirm before deleting anything.
